Is anyone else in the program on the network? Do you have any of the Membership Screens (Personal Profiles, Mailing List or Integrated Entry) open? Have you tried to reboot the computer than before you do anything else, try to do the export?

I rebooted. Nothing is opened. I just sign in to powerchurch and go to utilities and the option to export

OK .. are you on a network, if so, are you working on the 'server' machine with the database on it. If you're not on the server, and you're using a client computer, could someone else have the membership module open?
If none of the above is valid, then the last thing I can think of is your computer account. Is your Windows account have administrative privilages? If so, then I'm out of ideas. Let me know the answers to those questions.

ok. Thank you for your reply.
1- Network... No
2- Client computer... No
3- Administrative privileges... No. It's my computer and no restrictions
Can someone try the option. Maybe it's a bug in the program
Thank you

I did before I entered that last reply. Works fine here on my test, and the 'live' system. Do you have the latest MR installed ?

It would be best that you give us a call at (800) 486-1800 to speak with someone in technical support so we can get some more information from you. We're available from 9AM to 6PM Eastern, Monday through Friday.
