previous year contributions

previous year contributions

Another newby question. We are on PC 11.5 and entered several contributions as previous year. What exactly does that do? The contributions are not showing up on their end of year statements for last year and they are calling us :shock:

Um ... if they gave in a previous year, then they would not show up in any 2017 statement. However, any funds received in 2018 are 2018 donations no matter if they were to fulfill last years pledge.
