How do I update from Version 11.55 to version 12.

The Upgrade cost is $159.00 for a digitial download, or $179.00 for a CD & Manual. I believe the digital download is also included in that.

If we upgrade to version 12 does it come with automatic tech support or do we have to pay for that? We're having multiple problems due to untrained users the past few years. I will be going to a class soon but we'd also like to upgrade and get more support.

You get 45 days of free tech support with the upgrade. The 45 days doesn't start counting down until you call or e-mail for support for the first time.
