Normally using an export, but what are you trying to do? That would help us to assist you better.

As NeilZ said, it's hard to say, not know what you are doing. But in general when you create a report, saving as a csv file is not an option. You could save as an Excel file, and then take the Excel file and SAVE AS csv.
