Adding New Users

I've went in and attempted to add 2 new users, but every time they try to log in, they're getting this message:
Logon failed. Please verify that the User name and Password fields are valid, then try again.
What am I doing wrong?

Are you using regular Powerchurch, or Powerchurch online?
If its Powerchurch Online, the login for the IDS client is the pcuxxxxx, where the xxxxx is your registration number.
Once you get online to Powerchurch, the setup for users is the same for the local program as the online version.
The system admin goes to
File -> Preferences -> Passwords and Permissions There is adds the new user name which will appear in the login pulldown, and the password for the person to use.
I suspect you're using PCPlus Online, and confusing the two.
