Prayerline messages blocked

We are running PC+ v11.1 with Win 7. Our Prayerline has been working for years with very few problems.
Now we have one person who uses his work email and has not been getting our daily messages sent out. He has checked with his IT people and their Spam list (they check daily) does not show anything evident. The message we, here, are getting at the end of our time sending out the prayerline is as follows:

Message Blocked...
Your message to xxxxx@......com has been blocked. See technical details below:

The response from the remote server was:
550 Envelope blocked - User Entry - https://community.memecast.com/docs/DOC-1369#550 [ZSEsuUJ-PuWDuPo_OmdysQ.us148]

Is anyone else running into this problem? Please advise re: this issue.
Thank you. John

What is prayerline?

What are you doing in PowerChurch that is giving you this message?
It sounds like their email provider maybe blocking email messages from your email address or provider.

John ..

this is an ISP issue, not a Powerchurch one. I suspect that while the IT people don't see an issue since its not listed as SPAM, I suspect that the ISP has changed their security settings and since the email is getting forwarded through some servers its losing the DMARC security authentication.

Not much you can do about it as its on the other side of your mail server.
