Hello,
On your things-to-do list, please make the home, end, page-up and page-down keys do the same things as the first, last, next and previous arrows. There's a lot of old-guys and gals that grew up before windows and still use the keyboard,

I'm fairly sure that the report writer and report display is a third-party component, and one that cannot be changed by the developers to map those functions to keys. While the directional keys work within a single page preview, it will not change the page due to this limitation.
