Unable to connect to email

We have just started running PowerChurch V9. I have installed the 11-11-2005 update. I have not found a solution to my problem after looking through past bb entries.

I have set up the email for our high speed internet account identically to the outlook setup. The outgoing email does not have smtp in the address. just "mail.provider.com"

When I hit the test button, I receive the following error message:

Program: Sendmail.connect
Line: 13
Error: 1733
Message: Class definition CSMAIL.SMTPCLIENT is not found.

Can someone help me configure my email properly?

Some additional information may be needed:

1. What version of Windows are you running?
2. Does this mail provider require a userid and password?

The sendmail component may not be registered properly. Run the netsetup9.exe file located in your pcplus9 directory, and after that finishes, try again.

OK,
After installing latest maintenance release I restarted my machine.
Then I ran a report/printed a pdf file which made power church perform some 1 time updates.
Then I was able to successfully email report!
I just saved our ministry some money not having to pay for phone tech support.
Praise the Lord!
