FWIW ... Powerchurch 8.5 will run on mostly anything ... from Windows 98 to Win XP. Powerchurch 9.0 is much the same, but there are some features that need WinXP in order to do some advanced printing. There may be one or two other areas, but off the top of my nead, I can't think of them.

However, here's a question back to you. Are you planning to upgrade the existing computers, that is, add more memory?? Upgrading to PC+ v9.0 ?? Or replacing the existing computer and upgrading to 9.0 ??

FWIW ... we've replaced most of our Win98 machines over the past two years. We still have PC+ v9.0 running on two Win98 machines with 129MB RAM. One has a Celeron running at 1.6GHZ, the other a Pentium III running at 350Mhz. The only thing they can't do is print attendance rosters with UPC codes.

These we're planning on replacing soon.

Let us know where you're headed and we can give you some additional suggestions.

Any PC now available will run Powerchurch 9.0 without a problem. Networking Powerchurch is easy, you need to follow the directions in the manual, and those that are found in the support area here.
