attach file(s) to "Equipment Records"

Would it be possible to add an "attach file" function to the equipment recordkeeping menu. It would be great to attach a document to the record. I scan instructions/ manuals/ work receipts and create PDF files (sometimes instructions get lost over the years) and it would be great to link them to the file record in Power Church.
