PowerChurch - 2 users - potential problems?

Our young church has recently hired a part-time office admin, named one of the elders to serve as treasurer and purchased PowerChurch for our recordkeeping.
The elder/treasurer will be in charge of accounts receivable (tithes and contributions) and the office admin will be in charge of accounts payable (utilities, supplies, payroll). The elder/treasurer will have access to ALL areas of the PowerChurch software. The office admin will NOT be able to access contribution information.
What potential problems do you predict for this arangement and what solutions or tips would you offer to make this situation run as smoothly as possible?
