Just general question on new maintenance releases - we have one license with three remote stand alone PC computers (treasurer, minister, etc.) each with own unique password for various church module use. All remote computers are for review process, etc with "all" actual entry data being performed on the one office main stand alone PC computer. Everything is non network. All backup "data" files being sent to each remote computer when necessary from office computer. Question. when a maintenance release is issued, does every remote computer need to be updated as I would assume that data backup files do not include any program files? Also assume that each remote computer user (being a non admin person) with own unique password can update their respective computer?

They should get a notice that there is a new MR available, and it should download if they OK it. Then the next time they start the program, it will execute the update file.
