New user question

My church just purchased power church. Our secretary uses access now
for our labels. Can we transfer that information directly to pcp or
is it easier to reenter everything.

There is no direct way to transfer that data into PC+. I know that for a fee, the Powerchurch office will convert the mailing list data for you. However, none of the personal profile data can be transferred.
Depending on the size of the membership list, it may be better to input the data directly. What this did for our church (about 250 members when I did this), was help to weed out bad data, cull the system of old visitors, and transferred members, and just insured that the data was uniform as far as addresses, phone numbers, etc. We verified data using the member files that they had, as well as update sheets we had the members fill out.
It may take some time, but in the end you can be sure that the data is correct, and up to date.
