Help me please. I can't remember my password. Have done everything but... Nothing... I am the only using PC. Therefore nobody knew the password but myself.

Any way I can retrieve the password??

This is an urgent request. Anything you can suggest is appreciated

Give us a call in tech support. There is a process that we can walk through with you to reset the system administrator password. There is an authorization form that will need to be filled out (and signed by two church officials other than yourself) and returned to us before the process can be completed.
