upgrade/conversion

I recently purchased 10. I am currently running 8.5

Last week, I installed the new version and went through the process of converting my data. Then I decided I was not ready to use the new version. Sooo, I continued to use version 8.5.

Well, now I cannot figure out how to convert the data again. I thought it would be as easy as uninstalling version 10 and then reinstalling. However, when I do this it does not ask me if I am currently running another version. And even after removing Version 10, I still get the message that I am running a higher version when I open up version 10.

I need some serious help

After you uninstall version 10 you will need to delete all the files in the V10 folder. You then should be asked about converting data from the old version.
