Printing Error

When trying to print a budget report in Power Church version 9, the printer, an HP Color Laser Jet 3550, comes up with the following message - "PCL XL error, Subsystem: KERNEL, Error: ColorSpaceMismatch, Operator: VendorUnique, Position: 9". The computer is running XP Home. Any help would be appreciated.

That's a printer error, and not one from Powerchurch.

Try this first: when you try to print again, make sure the report is sent to the Screen and not directly from the printer. Then print the report from there.

When the printer dialog appears, click on the Change Printer button. You're not going to change printers, but you'll be able to access the printer properties. You should be able to set the print to Black and White[/b] and not color. See what happens.

If all else fails, and you're on a network, try printing to another networked printer.
