Mass Email Problem

We have updated to Version 10, but we are unable to use the mass email feature. All of our connections are corrrect, but the program says that we are not connected.

Help!

Does your SMTP server require a secure connection? PowerChurch doesn't *currently* support SSL or TLS connections, but it's something we're working on. That may be the issue.

No we don't require a secure connection. I finally called technical support and they fixed the problem by having me re-run the Netsetup10.exe file. and the problem was solved yesterday.
However, when we logged back in today, it came up with the same error message.

Are we going to have to re-run this program every time we have a problem or start up version 10?

We are also have other issues with version 10 and getting kicked out of the system with other error messges coming up.

You shouldn't have to do that. It sounds like something is wrong with your environment. You'll probably want to talk more with a technician and provide an exact transcription of those error messages, and what is happening when they occur.

email problems

We are also experiencing email difficulties. We are using Microsoft exchange as our mail server. All the settings are correctly input and running fine in Outlook, however, we are unable to mass email through PC+ v10. Any suggestions
