Backup contains files from ver 0.0

Did a backup at church and trying to restore on my home pc. I get "This backup contains files from ver 0.0 and cannot be restored to this version of pc+"
Please advise. John D.

I have seen this happen in the past when you open the backup zip file using the built-in Windows compressed folder (zip) tool. Windows' zip file handling doesn't support the memo/text note property on the file, which is where PowerChurch stores the pertinent information about the backup. Opening the file in Windows strips that note out, leaving PowerChurch to parse out Version #0

Yes, we are using Trend Micro. I play with this when I get the error again.

We have had the same problem since the October maintenance release.
The backup/restore worked fine for years before that.

If this can"t be fixed we will have to find another product that allows backup/restore.
