When we open PC 11.1, which we used to do- there is alert - we saw no activity description record were found. Anyone could advice what to do?

That message pops up when trying to access Activities & Skills and Attendance screens when activities haven't been set up.
If you previously had set up Activities & Skills, it sounds like you have either experienced data corruption or someone deleted the activities. Data corruption would normally be accompanied by error messages, rather than just a clean break with an empty database table. Another possibility would be someone restored a backup from an installation of PowerChurch that didn't contain that data.
In any case, if you have a backup made prior to whatever happened, you can restore that backup to get the files back.
