IP address has been restricted

When I try to email to a group of selected activities and skills, I keep getting an error report that says "Your IP address has been restricted". I have entered my outgoing mail server on the User set up menu and on the System set up menu. What am I doing wrong? When I check my connection, it is successful. :cry: Help!

The message that you are receiving is from your mail server. You may want to contact someone at your ISP or e-mail provider to find out why your IP address has been restricted.

It is not restricted when I email through my regular email, only through power church.

Alot depends on how your network is setup. You may need to talk to your network admin to help figure this out. As pointed out above, this is not a Powerchurch issue, as PC+ uses standard SMTP protocols to send out its emails.
