Financial Sec. Backing Up Contributions to give to Treasurer

I have been using the Contributions Module since Jan 07. Our church year starts in Sept. and we now have a new Treasurer who is learning and using PowerChurch Plus10 starting with last Sun. I have maintained the Membership List (Our Sec. is not yet using the program) I use my computer at home and the new Treasurer is also using her home computer or laptop. The past 9 months I have just been posting to the Contributions Module. If I make a backUp disc of only the Contribution Files to give her do I need to do it before I post from now on and then have her post after she loads it to her computer? I assume she'll get all the past contribution files but they will not post to her Accounting Module since I had already posted them to the Contributions Module only. In looking at the questions on the forum I see that several churches have multiple users trying to use the program from home. For privacy why doesn't the program just let you send an unposted report file without the whole module being saved so that only that report could be sent to the Treasurer to be posted into the Accounting Module? That sounds like something several churches could use in the next version to safeguard privacy.
