New PowerChurch User Gathering Information to get started

Our church is a brand new powerchurch plus user and I would like to know if there is a 'form' available to give to congregation members to fill out in order to collect all necessary information to be entered into the program.

Did anyone ever reply? Would definately be handy as we are planning on starting with data entry in two weeks.

I have a form that we use to pull specific data for Powerchurch. I've had a few people ask for it, and keep forgetting to send it to my home machine from church.

I now have it so if you contact me via the forum, I will send you what I have

I can see the benefit of something like this, but have no idea how we could actually implement a one-size-fits-all form that would be useful to anyone without a lot of customization on your part.

There is a lot of information that can be tracked in PowerChurch Plus and most users don't utilize a very large portion of it. If we generated a form, it would have to encompass all the fields of information that you can record in Membership, which would be overwhelming and hard to understand for your members.

There would still be a lot of work to customize the form to your own personal liking, removing everything but the fields of information that you plan to track in PowerChurch Plus.
