"Physical database not found" when running reports

This message appears when some files are not installed in the expected location. If running NetSetup10 does not fix the problem, the files that would usually be located in C:\Windows\Crystal have been installed into a virtualized location. Usually this virtualized location will be found in the users personal folder (e.g. On Vista C:\Users\UserName, On 2003 C:\Documents and Settings\UserName). The Crystal folder will need to be moved (or copied) to the C:\Windows folder. (C:\Windows is the standard location for the Windows folder.)
