Getting ready to email everyone

In preparation of sending Contribution statements via email we like to do an email to:
1. Everyone we have an email address for....just to check accuracy of our addresses.

2. Then email contrib statmts to those we can.
Problem is, now our ISP says that their Email server will only allow sending 50 emails at a shot, thinking that anything more is a SPAM deal.
This is bad news for us. I can think of counting 50 envelope numbers and select those. That should work. But, what about sending to just everyone through Personal Profiles/Send email messages to a Group?
Is there a way to break down our addresses into groups of 50 somehow?

The system has a user option to set the number of emails to send at a time. You can set it up to send as many or as few a minute you want.

Neil. That's great information. Just when I think I've got this system mastered something comes along to stump me. Thanks very much.

Yup, that works neat. Now that I sent out 140 emails and the fact that they bypass our Outlook and goes right thru to the ISP server how can I tell if any of those emails were undeliverable? There must be at least 1 out of 140 that were out of date :|

Normally, you'll get an email back to whatever you set up as the reply-to address telling you an address was undeliverable.

You're absolutely right. I found that out a bit later
Thanks.
