VFP9R.DLL error

Hello,
I've installed PowerChurch Plus 10 on my Windows XP Pro PC with SP2. When I run the application, I get the Microsoft FoxPro error window stating that VFP9R.DLL file is invalid or Damaged. I've tried reinstalling application after removing all files from the VFP folder in Microsoft shared folder without any success. I've even registered the dll file with the systems but no luck.

Can you please suggest any solution to my problem?
