Hi, I tried to install the latest update and I get the following message:

Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?

PowerChurch Plus Chilkat ActiveX setup.

When I click yes I get the following message:

C:\Program Files (x86)\common files\chilkat-95.0-win32.dll

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:
Delete file failed; code 5.
Access is denied

The file that the installer is trying to overwrite is in use. Reboot the computer and try again

That worked!
