number amount of times absent

Post by Jeanie »

I know there is ways to get a report showing absentees with dates and PPAAP but is there a way to have a report with how many times they have been absent. Such as - I print out the absentee report after entering in the ones absent and we want to know how many times in a row have they been absent. So I have to look at previous ones to write 2, 3, 4 etc by their name so the person making the contacts know. If there isn't a way to do this then please add it to a wish list. Thank you.

The Consecutive Absentee Report will show you how many times someone has been absence during a particular time period. So if you wanted to know if someone was absent between the beginning of the month and the end of the month, it would show you that.

If you also need dates, the Activity Attendence Report will show you this for a certain time period also.

absentee repots

Post by Jeanie »

I tried the consecutive absentee report but it keeps telling me there are no records selected. I filled in all the information they asked for so not sure what I am doing wrong. The other report is not what I am wanting. Any help will be appreciated.
