Windows XP Security Warning Message

Hi Folks. I'm new here. I am the 'administrator' of my church's computer network. We have one PC which acts as a server with PowerChurch installed on it. The pastor's PC and the secretary's PC are networked to the server so that both can access powerchurch. On Monday 8/25/08, I downloaded and installed the Microsoft service pack 3 for all three computers. The server and secretary's PC are fine, however, on the pastor's PC he keeps getting "open file-security warning" message whenever he clicks on the powerchurch icon. He can still access powerchurch but now he has to click on the 'run' button on this message. It appears that XP does not recognize the 'pcplus9.exe' publisher certificate since the message also states that the publisher is "unknown". I know that this is an XP generated message and I was hoping someone could help. I was going to e-mail microsoft, but they want $59.00 to answer an email. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
