Since we have upgraded to Power Church 10 we have been experiencing intermittent workstation lockups which then affects all users on the network that are currently connected to Power Church and will not allow others to log in during the lockup. The only way that I have been able to resolve the issue is by rebooting the server. In a production environment this is not something that I want to be doing during peak office hours.
Is this a known issue or do you have any advice as to how I can frame the problem? I'm guessing that it's probably database related but I don't know where to start debugging.
Is there configuration specification that I need to look into? We are running Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 and all client workstation are Windows XP. Netsetup.exe was use to setup each of the client workstations.
Any advice would be appreciated.
