I would like simply to print mailing labels with the offering envelope number listed.

it won't allow me to save in Word so I can go in and edit.

can someone help please.

You can accomplish this directly from PC+. Select >Contributions > Print Mailing Labels > Select the group you want to send to > Select how you want them sorted > Under the Mailing Label Options screen you then can choose "Print Envelope Numbers" which is the next to last option in the list.
