Problems printing from Sharp AR-337 printer

I Tried printing from a Sharp AR 337 printer and while it viewed somewhat ok, ( Some of the text was overlapping other text), when I printed, all letters came out garbage. I reloaded my software program, hoping this was a problem with my download, with same results. I can print from a Hewlitt Packard printer just fine but it is not my usual printer. I scanned an image of the page hoping I could let you see what I was talking about, but your program here will not allow me to insert it. I can send you a copy if you wish. Let me know and I will E-mail you a copy of the page that printed.

What version of PowerChurch are you using? The answer in a case like this is almost always to upgrade your printer driver. There aren't any settings in PowerChurch for printers - it uses the Windows settings.
