The Diocese sent us an amount that needs to be included in Box 12 of the W-2 form, but it is not an amount that our church paid, so it does not go through the Power Church software. How can I put it on the W-2 that I print without having to either hand write it in or type it after the W-2's are made on the PC softward?

You can edit the W2 in PowerChurch before it prints. When printing the W2s you get to a step that shows each W2, just click in box12 and change it to the amount that should be reported.
