After I've typed in the password and hit return twice I get an Error window which says:

Program: PC
Line: 145
Error: 1
Message: file does not exist

When I hit OK I get booted out of PC+ and have to restart it and it starts okay.

Comments please.

It sounds like the file that holds your password may be damaged, removed by mistake, or something. I suggest contacting us here at technical support directly at (800) 486-1800. We'll able to assist you better that way.
