restore option

Hi, I want to do a restore on my software but the option is not available to click on. Why is this? I can click on all the other options but just not that one. I have verison 9. Can anyone help me figure out how to make it clickable? Thanks.

That ability to restore backups is a user-based permission. It sounds like you might be logged in as a user that does not have permission to restore backups.

If you can log in as the System Admin, you can add the proper permission to restore backups to your user.

File > Preferences > Passwords > User Profiles.
