I am having trouble using the Power Church Pictorial Directory report. When I try to save it to a disk I get the following error message:

Method:report_export
Line:94
Message: OLE IDispatch exception code 0 from Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer: Missing or out-of-date export DLL...

The same error message appears no matter what format I try to save the directory in and also when I try to email the directory.

I am using Power Church 10.4 and have installed the March 30,2009 maintenance update. What's wrong?

It sounds like one or more of the Crystal Reports system files are missing or corrupted.

To reinstall Crystal Reports, open the PowerChurch\PCPLUS10 directory. Look in the Install directory, there is a program called PC10FixCR.exe. Run it. You shouldn't need to reboot the computer after.

This should get you fixed up. Otherwise, this is the kind of issue that you will need to talk to Technical Support about for further troubleshooting.
