Margins on church directory

I am printing a church directory and I am using the booklet format. To bind these I am using a plastic binding system. The problem is the directory prints the names too close to edge where there isn't room to punch the holes for the binding. How can I adjust the margins. I have tried to go into the setups to no avail and even printer when ready to print but doesn't give me the options when printing from P.C. Is there anything I can do? Thank you

I don't believe that you can adjust the side margins of the standard reports, only the top and bottom margins.

Okay, thanks for the reply. Maybe that could be corrected in V. 11. How do you make a directory if you can't bind it ? Staple? I will have to go type them all in Word Perfect to make a directory as I need more room on the sides to bind. Thanks for your reply.

You don't have to type it in, you can export the report to Text, Microsoft DOC or Rich Text File, then import it into WordPerfect.

Thanks very much for the reply. I appreciate it. Didn't think about that as I have never done that before but sure will give it a try.
