I would like to know if I can update the mailing codes for our membership in mass, instead of one by one through the intergrated data entry.

When you talk about in mass, what specifically do you want to do? You can change the description of existing codes, or combine two codes together. If you want to assign a code based on a criteria from other fields, then you are not going to be that.
