Exporting Accounts Payable

Post by wms7328 »

This certainly comes under the heading of give them a great new version and we always want more. I'm setting up to process our payroll deposits through VANCO and Version 11 makes this very easy. That created the thought that possibly you could set up a export file function for AP that would allow me to transfer the file to our bank for bill payments. Even better would be to set this up similar to Quicken (hope that's not a bad word) where you send your payments to bank and the program handles all the file transfers.

Thanks for all the great upgrades in Version 11. The changes to payroll alone is worth the upgade. I've always appreciated that you guys actually listen to customers and give us prompt attention. Maybe you could convince Microsoft to follow your example!!

Thanks for Version 11.
