Will I have to relearn PowerChurch when I upgrade to Version 11 or will the Membership Modules, Contribution Modules, Accounts Payable and Accounting Modules be pretty much the same?????

There have been some upgrades, but they system functions much the same. By way of encouragement, I had pretty much the same "tremblings" as I hear in your question. My first thought was to take my time and study a lot before actually DOING anything; but in the end I decided the best thing to do was just jump in -- which I did back in January and have not run into anything (so far) that stumped me or caused any problems. That said, the church where I work is small and we do not use the payroll module. Everything else, though, has been pretty much intuitive. And there is always this WONDERFUL forum where help is always friendly and forth-coming!
So, be encouraged. I'm sure all will go well for you!

Version 11 made some very good improvements. The most changes were in the payroll module and it's much improved. Everything else is very familar. Most of the changes involved giving you more functionality. As example, if you were entering invoices for payment and found you needed to add a vendor, before you had to get into maintain vendor records and add a new record. Now you can just add the vendor directly from the Accounts Payable, Maintain Open Invoices screen.
I would not hesitate to upgrade to V11, it's generally much improved.
