We have created a new user profile in Windows XP and wish to run PowerChurch Plus 11 out of the new profile in addition to the previous profile. However, when the app is launched it will not execute unless different credentials (administrator's) are selected. Can PowerChurch Plus 11 be run out of two separate Windows user profiles?

Thanks for the advice. I just ran the DOS command described in the knowledge base article and no change. The Windows profile was created (and is currently) as an administrator, if that makes any difference. Any other suggestions?

I would definitely check the permissions on the Powerchurch directory, if the directory is shared to all users on the machine, and setup so that anyone can update files, you shouldn't have this error.
