I SET UP AN ACCONT IN THE WRONG CATEGORY AND TRIED TO CHANGE IT AND THE PROGRAM WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO DO IT. CAN I TRANSFER THE FUNDS TO A NEW ACCOUNT IN THE CORRECT CATEGORY, AND THEN DEACTIVATE THE OLD ACCOUNT? ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE ME WOULD BE APPRECIATED. THANKS...

First off, you're posting this in the general questions area, so we really don't know if you're talking about accounts in the Funds Accounting area, or Contributions. If you could let us know what module you're working in, what version of PCPlus you're using, and exactly what category (I'm assuming you're talking about account types: Asset, Liability, etc) you're using it would aid us in replying to your problem.
Secondly, you have your CAPS LOCK set, so it looks like you're SHOUTING, and it does make it harder to read. Just a friendly suggestion to take the caps lock off
