I have no problem emailing from Personal Profiles however when I try to email a contribution statement I receive the following error message:
PROGRAM: SENDMAIL.CONNECT
LINE: 8
ERROR: 1733
Message: Class definition CSMAIL.SETTINGS is not found
Any suggestions? I was really looking forward to being able to email statements!
Thank you,
Kathy

Yes and I can email from Power Church - just not a contribution statement - I do have the box checked on the personal profile page for enabling email statements.

This is a known issue with network clients. You can download an updated netsetup9.exe file from http://www.powerchurch.com/support/downloads
Run this update_netsetup9.exe on your server. This will replace your netsetup9.exe with the updated version. Then, run this new netsetup9.exe through the mapped drive on each client.
If you have dialup, you can install from the CD to your client's local hard drive, then delete the pcplus9 directory. That'll do basically the same thing. You'll then need to run netsetup9 again to get your proper icon back.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

All in all, fairly typical for a major update, alot less than I would have thought. Good work.

This has probably been one of our smoothest releases to date. I would like to think that the combination of our extensive in-house testing and our public beta testing had a lot to do with that.NeilZ wrote:All in all, fairly typical for a major update, alot less than I would have thought. Good work.
We already have a maintenance release for V9 available. It includes a couple of small fixes, but no major showstoppers.
