This question isn't directly related to using PC, it is about the online training classes that are offered by the company.
About a year ago I took a class and afterwards downloaded it to my PCs hard drive. Later, I burned a copy to CD so that others could use it in the future. This seems really stupid, but I just took another class and can't figure out how I did this before. When I go to "My Account" I can see the class and it has the word "Download" next to it. If I click on that, the training session starts playing in the Windows Media center. My only option in that tool is to "burn" to a CD. How do I just download it to my hard drive?

On the DOWNLOAD link, using Firefox, right click for the menu, then you can select Save Link As ... . Internet Explorer has something similar.debbieg wrote:This question isn't directly related to using PC, it is about the online training classes that are offered by the company.
