Got a question or comment about PowerChurch that doesn't belong anywhere else? Why not post it here!?

Church directory... with photos!

Post by BethelOffice »

This is a topic for discussion- and I would greatly appreciate the input and advice from all the veteran PowerChurch users. I have been in my position at the church using PowerChurch since December 2009, and I have found this software very useful and customizable when working with the church directory.

However, I've run into a knot. This year I my church wants to put together a pictorial directory, and so I have spent a great deal of time taking and editing photos over the past couple months. Here is the problem: When I set out to create a pictorial directory, I tell the software to only show profiles with images. My problem is that I've uploaded one image per family- not per person. The software does NOT like my thinking, and so it shows me the information from one member of the family with the photograph.

Does anyone know how to bypass this issue using PowerChurch 10?

Thank you!!

It sounds like you added pictures under the personal profiles, and not the Mailing List profile. You could move the pictures under the Mailing List profile and run the Pictorial Directory report from that module.
