Email using MS Exchange
I came across this thread which is super helpful, I was able to run the test in the email preferences and it passed. But when I go to send a contribution statement it says Your message wasn't delivered because your client settings need to be updated to Microsoft Exchange. Any suggestions?
Re: Email using MS Exchange
Quick question, how are you connected to MS Exchange? Are you running a local Exchange server, or using a ISP based system? What I remember posting back in 2008, was that we created a special Email user at the server that was setup to be a POP3/SMTP user, which bypassed the Exchange IMAP settings.Lighthouse Treasury wrote: ↑Mon Dec 30, 2024 2:39 pmI came across this thread which is super helpful, I was able to run the test in the email preferences and it passed. Not sure if that's still a viable method. Perhaps this Knowledgebase Article could help:
