How to create reports

Post by St Peter »

Hi,

Could someone could help me with how to create different kinds of reports? I would be very grateful.
I will need to create reports such as: a report on families that speak a certain language, are in a certain age group; families that live outside of our Church neighborhood; and families who registered in the past year.

Thank you!

Annette

Creating custom reports can be a bit daunting, but they are doable. There are some tutorials on the Powerchurch Knowledgebase support area:

There are also video tutorials that you can purchase, and would have access for the indefinite future:

As far as the specifics of the reports you want to pull, you would need to make sure that the data you want to pull, is setup in one of the 'code' fields on the mailing list or personal profiles.

As least one of the items on your list can be pulled using existing standard reports, but as they are based on personal profiles, you would not get the entire family. The families who registered in the past year is a standard report found on the mailing list profile reports.
