Looking for advice on picking the right digital tools for church management

Hi all,
I’m currently getting stuck into managing an organisation, specifically a church, and trying to figure out the best digital tools to handle members, donations, accounts, and all the other admin stuff. I’ve seen loads of chat here about the software’s different modules and features, which is really helpful. I also came across this page (https://gritt.io/) while looking into other tools, and it made me wonder if anyone’s tried using different solutions alongside the main system, maybe for automating tasks, running a website, or organising events?
Would appreciate any honest feedback on what works well, what’s a pain to set up, and tips on avoiding getting bogged down with too many apps that don’t really add value.
