List report of password setup authorizations (dont show pwd)

Post by gwbowers »

Is there a way to get a listing of users/profile setup report?

I'd like to make sure I have everything exactly the same for users of the same class.

(OK OK. What happened was that I made an officer Data-Entry only for contributions. He keyed everything in, but needed to change one cash entry to a check.... Guess what.. He couldn't do it.) I got there just before he ran over the PC with a Mack truck --just kidding.)

I tried to make him feel better by saying that he had helped me test out all the authorizations...

But it would sure be nice if you could print a report and make sure it all looks exactly right.

It's ok NOT to print passwords. If I need them , then I can scribble that on the paper... But I don't think it should be on the report.

He should be able to go into the Modify Unposted Contributions and make the change....unless its been posted.

Unfortunately, it looks like that information is encrypted, so you wouldn't be able to do much of anything with it.
