Hello PowerChurch team,

We have a big problem with double entry of schedules for Visitations and Events. Our staff uses Google/Outlook calendars, and we enter everything into PowerChurch for membership tracking. I've seen that there are solutions for synchronizing calendars with each other, especially for just blocking out busy times without showing the details. How do you make it so that the schedules you enter in the Events or Visitations section of PowerChurch automatically block out a slot in an external Outlook/Google calendar?

There is a Google sync function under the EVENT menu. This does mean that you need to schedule in PCPlus first, then sync with Google calendar. The info on how to do this is found in the PCPlus User Manual found in the PCPLUS14 directory.
