My password does not work

please i need help i just start using power point and i did the accounts with passwords now i closed and opened again i login it was great but now i just try yesturday and today and it says wrong password when its not what do i do?

You threw me there with the "power point" reference there. I believe you mean Powerchurch, unfortunately, there is no way to access the system without that password.
1st, check to see if you had your CAPS ON when you first typed the password, or when you were trying to enter the password tonight.
If that doesn't work, you're going to have to call tech support for the form that you will need to have filled out to get the instructions on how to unlock the system.

Also check the numlock, was it on or off? Either of these, capslock or numlock, can cause this issue. Are you logging in to a username that password was set for?
